Meet Kelly from Balance With Kel

You know how so many people struggle and live their lives with chronic pain well that was me for many years. I tried many different ways to manage my pain naturally. What I found was there wasn’t a quick or easy solution, it wasn't a magic pill or a one size fits all approach. It was through consistently practicing yoga and the other different holistic tools that I found a way to help manage my pain. This is why now I’m so passionate about sharing yoga and all the other holistic methods that may help people manage their chronic pain. I did find that not everyone knew about how these practices might help. This is what I’m now creating at Balance With Kel. A like minding community with yoga classes as well as a wellness program that I’m developing to offer people different options that may help them manage their pain too and become the best version of themselves.
