About this Workshop

It’s surprising how many companies go years without setting up website analytics, operating completely blind to how many people are visiting their site and missing out on the valuable feedback of knowing how their customers interact with them online.

This workshop will help you get web analytics right from the start and put you a step ahead of the rest.

In this session we will cover:

- Setting up Google Analytics

- Installing the code on your site

- Setting up conversion tracking

- An overview of the Google Analytics interface and what metrics you should and shouldn’t care about

- Automating your website reports

Host: Professor Retha Wiesner, WiRE Program Director, USQ

Presenter: Chris Pahor, Digital Expert and Client Director Neural Digital,

Chris spent the first 9 years of his career in the agency trenches doing media buying, digital marketing, creative, and technology development for some of Australia’s largest clients.

Chris has honed his skills in pairing business challenges with marketing and technology solutions, and has unlimited enthusiasm for the future of tech, marketing, and companies that are growing and doing cool stuff.

After recognising the opportunity for a leaner and more flexible agency model, coupled with the skyrocketing growth in new marketing technology and AI, it was clear that starting a consultancy firm was where he could provide the most value to the industry.

And so, Neural Digital was born! Neural specialises in researching, on boarding and managing artificial intelligence technology within the marketing teams of Australia’s biggest companies. The marketing and advertising industry is going through a significant shift, and Neural helps businesses gain an unfair competitive advantage through cutting edge technology.
