Ben Wood and Naomi Benton
Ben has a broad range of experience in assisting clients with issues relating to corporations and securities law, with a particular focus on capital raisings and mergers & acquisitions. Ben works for clients across a range of industries, including technology and life sciences, at various stages of a company’s lifecycle. Ben has a focus on supporting start-ups and early stage companies, acting as a mentor at a number of Queensland-based innovation hubs, and working with both companies and potential early stage investors.
Employed at McCullough Robertson for almost 3 years, Naomi is a Corporate Advisory Lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She is on the management committee for the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland Inc, and was recently nominated as a finalist for the 2017 Lawyer’s Weekly top 30 under 30.
